So we’ve just released LIMBO SPECIAL EDITION. It’s a special designed hard cover edition of LIMBO. A true collectors item, or a great gift =)
It’s taken quit some time to get it done. We did some testing on the German market and saw that it’s something people like, so now everyone can order a copy.

So last Thursday the new Humble Bundle ended at the record breaking number of 598.995 units!!
Thanks to all of you who support indie development, charity and the bundle project it self.
On top of that Apple held their big conference WWDC last week where they threw an award show and gave us the Mac Developer Showcase award.
This will most likely be that last award for LIMBO to receive… Who knows!?

LIMBO on Linux?

Yeah LIMBO did make it’s debut on linux via the Humble Indie Bundle 5.
But we’ve received emails from concerned buyers stating that Our linux “port”, done by Codeweavers, is not a native, but a wrapper that uses Wine.
This post is to warn potential linux buyers about this. Since we do not wan’t lure people into thinking it’s a native linux port.

Sorry any inconvenience this misinformation might have caused.

We’re happy to announce that the new Humble Indie Bundle has just launched.
It’s Humble Indie Bundle 5 we’re talking about.

You can pay what you want, and decide the split between charity, developers and the humbles guys.

It’s a quite awesome bundle including Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Psychonauts, Superbrothers Sword & Sworcery EP, Bastion and of course LIMBO.

So we finally hit the Mac App Store and sales has gone good during Christmas and New Years. So we would like to thank everybody who bought our game for your support.

We’ll hit Steam Friday the 13th with the Mac version and at the same time make the PC and Mac build available for purchase through this very site.

We’ve been working so hard on getting the game out on new platforms that we forgot to look at the sales figures.
Woop there it was… One Million copies sold. This will definitely fuel the fire for the next game. As part of
celebrating the sales we decided to announce our upcoming mac release, which will hopefully hit you guys in a few weeks.
For now we’ll have a beer and think of all you awesome people who bought our game!

So we just refreshed our Japanese PlayStation store and we can confirm that Japan officially has been LIMBO’fied.

The circle is close to complete with two major consoles supported and the newly release on PC via Steam.

We’re pretty pumped about the fact that another 35 million people will have access to our game. We hope that we’ve made the PC release worth waiting a bit for.
